Want to know how you can inspire and motivate yourself to use your paper planner? This post is all about the S.O.S. Planner from Anchored Women. This creative planner can inspire you to become more productive in your everyday life.

The S.O.S. Planner and Anchored Women were created by Kayce Pratt. She's also a wife and a mother of two. She teaches you how to slow-it-down, start your priorities, and build a rhythm. She basically helps you find the peace you need during times of chaos.

The Anchored Women was created to give practical encouragement to help you grow in faith and plan with purpose. She really does a great job at this and really does stand up to her mission.

Kayse taught herself how to manage her time, home, and family in a way that is simple and doable. She also found that the most important thing for her family was a solid balance of Biblical perspective and practical systems to cultivate a home anchored in what matters most. Thus, creating the S.O.S. Planner to help you achieve that goal.

S.O.S Planner

One of the most interesting things I love about Anchored Women is her creation of the S.O.S. Planner. I was so inspired to give a review about this planner because I love it so much. Out of all the planners that I use, I just can't get enough of how much flexibility this planner has for all the different seasons of my life.

Kayse makes it so easy for you to download without dates and with so many layouts that you can choose that best one that suits you for the season you are in now...and then change when your season changes...you can use the same layout for years or change it every month...it's all up to you!

S.O.S Planner

As early as May, Kayse will update the layouts for the S.O.S. Planner collection for the following year - these are undated so it is usually just the layouts that are being updated. S.O.S. stands for steadfast over scattered. At this time, she has 27+ different layouts for 2025. These planners are editable so you can create your own planner style.

Choosing your own layout is such a big deal because some layouts are just not for you. They may help you schedule appointments and write down important dates, but they may not have all the things you need to organize your life; or, they may include added information that you don't need. I remember a video where Kayse mentioned that not every season is the same. One season, you may use the "family" layout, but the next season you may use the "bullet journal-style" layout. The choice is yours and I am so glad Kayse thought of this for different types of busy moms.

My favorite layout that I have been using the most is the productive layout.

S.O.S Planner

For me, having everything written down in a weekly view helps me plan better for my week. If you are a checklist/check-off type of girl, then this layout is for you. 👌 The top of this planner is not editable that cannot be changed. However, if you have Adobe PDF Pro, you can change it or delete it. I delete it and list my top 5 priorities for the day. Or, you can use white-out if you do not have Adobe PDF Pro.

Let me briefly go over some other popular S.O.S. Planner layouts. You can choose which layout is best for you and your season.

S.O.S Planner

This is the weekly time-blocking layout. This layout could also serve as a checklist/check-off planner and I heard time-blocking is a very productive way to organize your day. I have not used this layout, in particular, but I have used the one through Happy Planner and I loved it. This is a very popular layout for the S.O.S. Planner as well.

S.O.S Planner

The family layout is a layout for mothers! This layout allows you to plan and schedule appointments for each member of your family during the same week. In the first column, you add the names of your family. Everyone has their own block, for the week, so you can add appointments to their schedule. I personally have never used this because I only need to keep a schedule for myself, but I was thinking this could also make a great social media calendar. You could add your social media platforms on the left and your scheduled content on the right. I still need to give this a try.

The weekly dashboard is also my favorite. I have used this for a week, but I went back to my productive layout because I started to have more in my day and needed the space. But this is great for those that have to do weekly lists and habit trackers. I may end up going back to this layout when my schedule calms down.

S.O.S Planner

I am currently using the BUJO layout with the productive layout for more room for my lists. I like to break up my to-do list by priority and then by "if I have time to do it today". ✅

And the list goes on and on. She has more cool layouts that you can use, edit, and mix up if you wanted to. Kayse also has a FB page and a YouTube channel that allows you to see how she uses her planner, all the different types of layouts, cool ideas for planner mix-ups, and many more.

I hope that you find a great planner through S.O.S. Planner and have fun making it into your own so that you can enjoy writing in your planner and finding more peace during your day.
